1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the pbd9 platform and all its services. By creating an account on pbd9 or using the platform, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement. If you disagree with any term, please do not use the platform. pbd9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. The pbd9 authority is the final interpreter of all decisions.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To register at pbd9, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
• You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at the time of registration.
• Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, they will be closed and any associated winnings may be voided.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is strictly prohibited.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact pbd9 support immediately.
• pbd9 will not be held responsible for third-party access to your account or any unauthorized transactions.

After completing the registration process, pbd9 may request documents to verify your identity. Failure to provide accurate and complete information may result in account suspension.

3 Age Restriction

pbd9 is an adults-only platform. The minimum age to participate on this platform is 21 (twenty-one) years. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.

Providing false information about your age will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances. pbd9 may request a government-issued ID at any time for the purpose of identity verification.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

Supported payment methods on pbd9 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (applicable for each method).

• Your balance will only be updated once a deposit transaction is successfully completed.
• The name registered on your mobile banking or bank account used for deposits must match the name on your pbd9 account.
• Deposits made using third-party accounts are prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to complete.

• Withdrawal requests are processed only after verification.
• The withdrawal method must be consistent with the deposit method.
• Winnings related to a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirements have been met.
• Withdrawals may be delayed due to incomplete KYC information.
• pbd9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

pbd9 offers new users a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.

• For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
• Similarly, depositing ৳12,000 earns a maximum bonus of ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, the wagering requirements must be met. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus combined.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

• Bonus offers must be used within the specified time limit.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts or from the same IP address is prohibited.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus will be forfeited.
• In any dispute regarding bonuses, the decision of pbd9 authority is final.
• Any promotion may be changed or cancelled without prior notice.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when betting at pbd9:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed.
• pbd9 reserves the right to void incorrect odds issued due to a technical error.
• In the event of a dispute over the outcome of any event, the official result or the announcement of the relevant authority will be considered final.
• Any involvement in match fixing or other dishonest activity will result in permanent account closure.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits may apply for specific markets in sports betting, and these will be displayed on the platform.

7 Fair Play & Security

pbd9 is committed to operating a safe and fair platform. Our system is protected by SSL encryption and all financial transactions are completed through encrypted channels.

• Using any hacking software, bots, automation tools, or any third-party programs to gain an advantage is prohibited.
• Collusion with other players is strictly prohibited.
• If any attempt at cheating is detected, the account will be immediately closed and the entire balance will be forfeited.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

• Non-cooperation with the identity verification process.
• Self-requested account closure (self-exclusion).

If there are any pending bets or valid balance at the time of account closure, a decision will be made following an investigation. pbd9 reserves the right to withhold balances in cases of suspicious activity.

9 Responsible Gambling
